"I took your workshop at our Victory Over Violence conference this year. I have to say you saved my life. I have started my filing system that you suggested and my life is a little less stressful. I am the envy of the front office people. My desk is not only becoming much clearer but they are amazed on how I can put my hands on any document within a matter of seconds when they ask me.
